01 Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the MB8 platform, accessible via mb8.lv and the official MB8 mobile app. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any MB8 service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms contained in this document.

In this document, "mb8", "we", "Platform" refer to the operator of the mb8.lv website and gaming platform. "Member", "user", "you" refer to any individual who has registered for or is using mb8 services. "Services" encompasses all games, betting, promotions, and other functions available through the mb8 platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

03 Account, Password & Security

Your mb8 account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party without written permission from mb8. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

• Choose a strong password using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not use the same password on other platforms
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security
• Do not save your login credentials on public computers or shared devices
• Contact the mb8 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Mb8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, security on your end remains your own responsibility.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Mb8 supports multiple payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit including DuitNow, FPX, internet banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed securely through verified payment channels.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered under the same member's name
• Mb8 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Any applicable taxes or bank charges are the member's responsibility
• Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts will not be processed

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Mb8 offers a wide range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the respective promotions page.

• Wagering requirements (rollover) are typically between 5x and 25x depending on the bonus type
• Bonus validity period is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device

06 Game Rules & Betting

All games offered at mb8 are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited certification body. This ensures that the outcome of every game is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including mb8 itself.

• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is available for review in the game information
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, affected bets will be returned to the account balance
• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
• The use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited
• Sports betting is subject to the sport-specific rules set by the service provider

07 Prohibited & Unauthorised Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or manipulation tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes
• Registering multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions
• Transferring funds between member accounts as a form of money laundering or bonus requirement circumvention

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their mb8 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the member once all conditions have been met.

Mb8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document
• Inaccurate or false registration information
• Suspicious activity or behaviour inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns
• Requests from relevant regulatory authorities
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe

In the event of voluntary closure due to responsible gaming, members may request a self-exclusion for a selected period ranging from 24 hours to permanently.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Mb8 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability of the platform. However, we strive to keep the platform running 24/7 with minimal disruption.

• Mb8 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Mb8's maximum liability to any member is limited to that member's current account balance
• Mb8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect winnings being credited, mb8 reserves the right to correct the error

10 Privacy, Data Protection & Confidentiality

Mb8 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members. Information collected is used solely for account management, security, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes. We do not sell or disclose members' personal data to third parties without explicit consent.

11 Terms Amendment & Change Notification

Your continued use of the mb8 platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
